Through the Freedom of Information Act and other legal mechanisms, PRM seeks out government documents related to topics of public importance. We post the materials that we receive on our site for the benefit of journalists, scholars, researchers, and the public.

PRM also collects and presents primary source documents uncovered while researching our documentary programs.

Freedom of Information Act Paperwork – Pentagon 9/11
FOIA paperwork related to a request to obtain copies of September 11, 2001 surveillance camera footage from the Pentagon, and the Marine Corps Annex overlooking the Pentagon. Request was made in order to obtain video footage of the 9/11 event at the Pentagon for use in the documentary program “Security and the Constitution,” as well as for the public record.
Gene Wheaton Documents
Gene Wheaton served in the US Air Force CID, the US Marine Corps, and also worked as a private security contractor and counter-terrorism advisor to the Shah of Iran. Wheaton is most well known for his role in exposing elements of the Iran-Contra enterprise during the 1980s. He was interviewed for several documentaries available through PRM, and provided portions of his personal archives for background research.

Ramsey County District Court – David Feinwachs v. Minnesota Council of Health Plans
Documents from 2011 lawsuit brought by former Minnesota Hospital Association Attorney David Feinwachs against the Minnesota Council of Health Plans (MCHP). Feinwachs alleged that the MCHP pressured his former employer to fire him as a result of his advocacy for HMO audits. The lawsuit was dismissed in early 2012.
